Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available!

Wilson Dining Hall

Featuring a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone’s appetite with food choices to rival your favorite restaurants.

Week of March 1

 

• Bamboodles – Enjoy a hot rice or noodle bowl, with your choice of broth and protein at this station celebrating the flavors of Asia.
• Sushi by Southern Tsunami:  Delicious and beautifully arranged sushi, such as California rolls, eel rolls and combination patters, will be featured. Options for vegetarians will include cream cheese sushi and the vegetable roll.
• Flame – Classic grill fare such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers and grilled chicken breast sandwiches can be found here. Daily specials and Limited Time Offers will also be featured at Flame.
• Salad FX – The freshest way possible to receive a salad. Step up to Salad FX and choose from an array of freshly chopped vegetable to create the perfect salad every time.
• Ultimate Deli – The NY-Style deli experience you expect in the Northeast. UD’s gourmet sandwiches are made on specialty bread and promise to deliver every time.
• Traditions – This is where you can find delicious, hot, home-style comfort foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Also enjoy omelets made to order, fresh fruit, homemade soups, ice cream and fresh baked breads and so much more along side a great selection of retail items to take back to your room or apartment!

 

Wilson Express

Quick and convenient, Wilson Express offers fast meals you can rely on.

• Firenze Oven – Piping hot and bubbling with cheese and toppings, Firenze Oven will tackle any craving for pizza and Italian specialties. From whole pies to strombolis to an individual portion of home made lasagna. 
• Stacks – Hot, toasted sub sandwiches and made-to- order deli sandwiches - these are just a couple of the favorite menu items that you will find at Stacks Deli.
• Make your meal complete with chips, snacks and a bottled beverage!

Cappuccino’s

Located in Whitecar Hall, Cappuccino's is where you can find your favorite Starbucks brewed coffee. Enjoy our selection of grab and go meals, as well as fresh baked pastries, pre-packaged snacks and bottled beverages.

STC Coffee Lab

Stop by this premier location for a cup of Sodexo’s own coffee and tea brand, Aspretto. We’re proud to offer this line of fair-trade purchased coffee & teas, and proud to say that everything that touches the product is “green”…from the brewers, to the cup & stirrers, even to the fair trade sugar packaged in recycled paper.
